Summary
The Installation Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful coordination and completion of installation projects. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of core, premium, and relevant skills to effectively manage and oversee installation activities. As the Installation Coordinator, you will report to Installation Manager and be responsible for coordinating schedules, communicating with clients and vendors, and ensuring that installations are completed on time and within budget. The organization expects the Installation Coordinator to be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with sales and project teams to plan installation schedules and prioritize tasks.

Essential Functions:

Create and maintain project plans and timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment

Adjust documentation, if necessary, to execute a successful installation

Assign tasks to installation technicians and provide guidance, training, and support as needed

Oversee installation process to ensure quality and consistency of work

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Conduct site visits and post-installation inspections to ensure customer satisfaction

Communicates the details of the account installation to each internal department, as it pertains to their workflow

Coordinate with the installation sites to ensure that pre-installation checklist items have been accomplished and that sites are ready for installation

Provide tracking information to support project, including order shipments, deliveries and returns

Miscellaneous duties as requested by management

Qualifications:

Team spirit and excellent organizational skills

Assertiveness, conscientiousness, and ability to work independently.

Education requirement of a High School Diploma; and two years related experience and/or training.
