Role Summary:
As a Leadership Administrative Partner, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of the Service Organization. Reporting directly to the Sr. Administrative Partner, you will support the Vice President of Service. You will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of their daily operations. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating on-site/virtual meetings and communications, handling confidential information, and supporting cross-functional teams to drive business objectives. The ability to problem solve, manage competing priorities, and pivot quickly is essential to the success of this role.
This role is based out of Plymouth, MI, with occasional remote work flexibility when not supporting on-site activities.
Responsibilities:
Proactively manage and protect the Vice Presidents’ calendars, ensuring their time is optimized and prioritized
Handle all logistics for meetings, including scheduling, video conferencing setup, conference room bookings, F&B, and other on-site arrangements
Oversee the full travel process, from booking flights and hotel accommodations to organizing itineraries and managing travel expenses
Process, track, and report all expenses in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies
Foster strong relationships with executives and crossfunctional partners to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
Assist with administrative operations, including coordinating logistics for team offsites, events, and other special projects as needed
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the tech industry and supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, constantly-changing environment
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent professional experience
Ability to travel up to 10%
Experience working in the Google Suite and/or across various different tools and platforms
Experience with basic accounting, invoice, and vendor management
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
The capacity to thrive in dynamic and ambiguous environments, while being flexible, collaborative, and reliable
Ability to follow quick and ambiguous instructions and deliver against them with accuracy and high attention to detail, expert at anticipating needs
Must be able to facilitate sensitive and high confidentiality initiatives while maintaining a high level of discretion and poise
