In this key role, you’ll provide essential administrative support to the Chief Planning and Engagement Officer (CPEO) and an innovative team dedicated to improving how people move through our region.
The Planning and Engagement Office is a dynamic, collaborative hub made up of Service Planners, Long Range Strategic Planners, Customer Experience Planners, and our Community Engagement team. As the Office Administrator, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly—from managing logistics and communications to supporting chief leadership—making a meaningful impact every day.
As the Office Administrator (Planning and Engagement) you will:
Work closely with Planning leadership to support the agency’s mission and goals.
Provide administrative support to the Chief Planning & Engagement Officer, the Planning, Innovative Mobility Solutions, Community Engagement, and Customer Service departments.
Perform office and administrative tasks, including planning, budgeting, meeting coordination, document and contract management, and the board agenda processes.
Interpret, prioritize, and respond to internal and external requests of the Chief Planning and Engagement Officer (CPEO), Executive Team members, and senior leadership.
Work well independently and take the initiative to complete assignments and daily tasks with minimal oversight.
Manage the office and support the coordination of committees and forums related to the Planning & Engagement Office.
Work well with people across all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
**Because of the nature of the work we do in this department, this position does NOT generally have work from home capabilities, although, there is some flexibility as needed. If we offer you this position, please expect to be working at Frontlines Headquarters in our downtown office with our Planning and Engagement Team nearly every working day. **
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
Four years in an office environment from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired.
Associates degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (In lieu of a degree, 2 additional years of experience will be considered)

Knowledge/Skills:
Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe and Visio preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and written/oral skills.
Effective time management and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills.
Basic understanding of lean and continuous improvement tools and concepts.
Abilities:
Ability to work well with a range of persons and maintain confidentiality.
Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, exercising sound judgment and discretion.
Able to work independently and as a team player.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay Range: $27.356 or more, depending on experience
