Your Responsibilities:
✔️ Content Development – Write, edit, and proofread marketing materials, maintaining a project database and team resumes
✔️ Branding & Graphics – Design proposal graphics, update photography, and maintain marketing collateral
✔️ Event Coordination – Organize career fairs, client appreciation events, company gatherings, and holiday functions
✔️ Social Media & Website Management – Update and maintain content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and company website
✔️ Client & Community Engagement – Support VIP programs, direct mail campaigns, and the company foundation
What We’re Looking For:
✅ bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Administration, or a related field
✅ 2+ years of administration experience (construction industry preferred)
✅ Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work independently
✅ A team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
