TBA Studio is seeking a Construction Administrator to support the successful delivery of projects during the construction phase. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being highly organized, detail-oriented, and closely connected to both project teams and field activity.
You'll play a key role in keeping projects moving—coordinating documentation, tracking progress, and serving as a central point of communication between internal teams and contractors.

What You'll Do
Construction Phase Coordination
- Support pre-construction and construction activities across multiple projects
- Coordinate meetings and distribute clear, timely meeting notes
- Maintain organized project records (RFIs, submittals, change orders, field reports)
- Track open items and follow up to keep projects moving forward
Documentation & Communication
- Manage RFI and submittal workflows in coordination with project teams
- Assist with preparation and distribution of construction documents and contracts
- Maintain contractor compliance documentation (insurance, bonds, etc.)
Pay Applications & Change Orders
- Review contractor pay applications for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate internal review and assist with verification of progress
- Track and process change orders, including documentation and approvals
Field & Project Support
- Conduct periodic site visits to observe progress and document conditions
- Prepare field reports with photos and key updates
- Communicate project status, risks, and needs with internal teams
Project Closeout
- Coordinate and complete punch lists and track completion
- Assist with substantial completion and closeout documentation
- Compile final project closeout packages
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with construction documentation and processes
- Experience working with contractors and project teams
