Expected Outcomes and Requirements:

Gateway is hiring a Construction Administrator to use their organizational skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills to support construction operations in pursuit of our goal of adding 100,000 residential & business passings per year. The Construction Administrator is expected to contribute in the following significant ways:

Track construction progress compared to established build plans

Manage weekly construction billings/invoicing utilizing the Collector reporting process

Manage damage claim billing – gather, research, and analyze data to identify and bill at-fault parties for damage sustained to Gateway Fiber facilities

Communicate with damagers: answering requests for back up documentation and responding to denials

Track payments for damage claims and follow up on unpaid claims

Manage customer construction issues or inquiries to resolution using the current ticketing system

Support Construction team with project close-outs and other special projects

The successful candidate will bring the following to the table:

Minimum of four (4) years of experience or combination of associate/technical degree and at least two (2) years of experience; preferred work history with a construction firm

Detail orientated with an eye for data discrepancies

Proven ability to interact and effectively communicate with all members of the organization and outside partners

Self-starter with excellent written and spoken communication skills

Demonstrated ability for accurate and timely follow-up

Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

The desire to work in a fast paced and entrepreneurial organization

Ability to sit, stand, or any combination of the two for prolonged periods of time
