Full Job Description
We need a full-charge accountable professional willing to learn and accept responsibility.
Responsible for all company administrative staff and support activities, office procedures, staff communication, and processes.
Help the Owner and implement sales & marketing plan, company insurance program, corporate requirements, meeting coordination, hiring coordination.
Maintain professional office, systems, equipment, supplies, people, and procedures.
Assist project managers coordinate projects, bids, proposals, and documentation.
Help prepare and assist with contracts, purchasing, estimating, downloading plans and specifications, attending job meetings, obtaining permits, organizing and maintaining project paperwork system, correspondence, preparing contracts, shop drawings, reports, obtain quotations, create cost breakdowns, setup & maintain files, coordinate invoices, organize mail, e-mails & phone calls.
Must have a positive attitude, be organized, good communicator, detail orientated and computer competent.
Applicants must be team players, self-sufficient, highly motivated, dedicated, drug-free, and have the ability to take charge and make decisions.

Summary

Your role encompasses a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and calendar management, utilizing your proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. With strong organizational and clerical skills, you will ensure efficient communication and customer service, while your experience with QuickBooks and multi-line phone systems will enhance office management.
