**Position: Experienced Dog Groomer**
**Location:** 1735 Southwest Blvd Jefferson City, MO
**Type:** W2 Commission-based (55% commission) and 100% of tips.
**Schedule:** Full-time, a minimum of 6 dogs a day.
**Responsibilities:**
Perform full grooming services including bathing, brushing, haircutting, nail trimming, and ear cleaning for various breeds of dogs.
Consult with clients to understand their grooming preferences and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grooming area to uphold health and safety standards.
Handle dogs with care and compassion, ensuring their comfort throughout the grooming process.
Provide recommendations for at-home care and grooming techniques to clients as needed.
**Requirements:**
Minimum of 1 year of professional dog grooming experience.
Proficiency in breed-specific grooming styles and techniques.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality grooming services.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays.
