Job Description

Per Se Group is working with a commercial contractor in the northern Chicago suburbs seeking a driven Project Administrator. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Construction Administration and be able to handle a wide range of administrative support tasks.

Responsibilities

Project Operations from beginning to end including but not limited to: Bid Management, Contract Management (AIA, Owner and Subcontractor), Creation of Detailed Meeting Minutes, Change Orders (Owner and Subcontractor), Track, manage, organize Submittals, RFI’s, Drawings, etc.

Effectively communicate and collaborate throughout company departments.

Work in Construction Management software, Microsoft Office and Adobe. Procore knowledge and experience is a bonus

Preferred Skills and Expertise

2-4+ years of project coordination or administrative experience

Experience working in construction, engineering, or real estate development setting

Benefits

The salary range for this role is $70,000 – $90,000 depending on experience. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
