12 Month Contract

Looking for your next step in client services? We’re hiring a Contact Centre Operative to support shareholders across multiple channels — primarily by phone (80%), with the remaining time spent investigating and resolving more complex queries.

You’ll be:

• Responding to calls, emails, letters, and webchat

• Placing telephone trades accurately

• Investigating errors on shareholder accounts

• Following up on open items and ensuring timely resolution

• Routing unresolved issues to the right teams and updating clients once resolved

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a contact centre or admin-based client service role

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Ability to take ownership and follow through on cases

• Willingness to learn and stay up to date with product knowledge
