We are pleased to announce the relocation of our corporate headquarters to Greenway Plaza’s Phoenix Tower in Houston’s Upper Kirby neighborhood.

This position is primarily responsible for processing contract packages and supporting the Contract Administration Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Process Earnest Money Contract Package.

Process Earnest Money received via Mail, Wires, and E-Payment’s.

Proper record of received documentation and data entry.

Power User of D365, Sales Hub, and PowerBi.

File customer’s documentation through our Virtual Contract Storage/MyAccount.

Communicate with team members, sales professionals, and other department leaders as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Requires 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience.

Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
