Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Administrator based in Loganholme, QLD. The Contract Administrator will oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Key responsibilities include management of progress claims & variations, evaluating and administering contractual changes, monitoring deadlines and deliverables, and maintaining effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and project success.

About you

  • Proficiency in Contract Management
  • Experienced with MS Office Suite
  • Strong Analytical Skills for assessing contracts
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder management
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills for managing complex documentation
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with construction and legal terminology is a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the construction industry will be highly regarded
