Are you ready to step into a role where contracts actually matter?
A well-established energy and infrastructure business is growing its commercial team in Brisbane to support a strong pipeline of major renewable energy and infrastructure projects across Australia. We're looking for a Contract Administrator who's ready to move beyond admin and get real exposure to complex project environments.
What you'll be doing
- Administering and coordinating contracts and project documentation across a portfolio of large-scale energy projects
- Maintaining tracking systems for contractual commitments and project milestones
- Preparing governance, reporting and approval documentation
- Attending project and stakeholder meetings and driving follow-up actions
- Working closely with commercial, legal, project delivery and operations teams
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years in contracts administration, commercial support or project coordination
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, engineering or energy (highly regarded)
- Sharp organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator who can manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable with Excel or project tracking tools
- A degree in Business, Law, Commerce or Project Management is a plus but not a dealbreaker
