Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Administrator located in Lane Cove, NSW. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts, negotiating terms and conditions, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role also includes overseeing procurement processes, maintaining detailed contract records, and analyzing terms to ensure favorable outcomes for the organization.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess contract terms and identify key considerations
- Proficient Communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders
- Experience in Procurement processes and supplier management
- Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Law, Construction Management, or related fields
- Understanding of the construction industry and local building regulations is highly desirable
