: $84,000 -$92,000

Summary:

Under the supervision of Contracts Management, the Contract Administrator manages contract maintenance processes, assigns workflows, tracks open email requests and logs and assigns renewal agreements for processing. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized professional capable of working independently and collaboratively to support departmental goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Understands and implements Contract Maintenance Processes and Workflows to ensure

accurate tracking

of all open email requests and Workflow assignments.

Provides guidance to all members of Contacts staff on system and contract nuances.

Reviews team‘s work to ensure accuracy and integrity of contract rules.

Leads testing on all aspects of system imaging and workflow through tools like Dynamics and V3.

Identifies, reviews and assigns workflows in V3/V3

Locity and other systems

Identifies, reviews, logs and assigns renewal agreements as they are received.

Escalates and assigns haste inquiries from all departments according to Department turn- around guidelines.

Maintains and orders office supply inventory. Enter Angus tickets and reports supply related matters to management.

Coordinates tracks IT and Facilities requests related to departmental needs.

Performs QA as needed on all aspects of system imaging and workflow.

Assists with administrative functions that span across the various departments, including Eligibility, Billing and Collections, Employer Services and Contracts.

Reviews, prepares and sends mailings related to NO CBA Project

Coordinates with the

Communication

department and mailroom for mailing logistics.

Escalates all unusual cases and/or problems to Contracts Management for review and resolution.

Records and escalates any system related defects in a timely manner.

Perform other duties as assigned by Management to support departmental goals.

Education

and/or

Experience:

College graduate or equivalent experience. A high level of familiarity of the Contracts processes, policies, and procedures. As well as the knowledge of Funds eligibility and contributions rules and Funds information system.
