Position Overview
As a Contract Coordinator on our team, you will support the Norcross Program Accounts team by scheduling and coordinating meetings. You will also have the opportunity to promote new computer automation methods for our business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Prioritize and multitask multiple quote reports, create supply agreements, and perform cost builds for new customers
Collaborate with procurement, product managers, and sales professionals to gather data for accurate quote details
Utilize Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel, PowerPoint, to create spreadsheets, presentations, and financial/customer reports for management and team review
Think innovatively to improve efficiency and effectiveness of tasks
Provide administrative support to the Program Accounts team
Drive timelines and ensure task completion on schedule
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office, and PowerPoint, with daily use required
Experience implementing and using macros
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Strong math skills for cost analysis and builds
Experience planning and scheduling meetings
Knowledge of AS400 and SAP is a plus
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well with others and support the team
