What role will you play in our team

As a Contractor Data Management System (CDMS) Administrator, you will enable the contractor workforce at Kearl & Cold Lake to perform their work effectively. Your primary responsibility will be supporting the work process flow for the contractor billing system CDMS (Track Software). You will engage cross-functionally with the business, Procurement Operations, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate billing for services, facilitating efficient planning and execution.

This position is based in Calgary, Alberta.

What you will do

Manage and support the administration of CDMS for a portfolio of vendors, serving as the primary contact for vendor timekeepers.

Assist with activities in the system for vendors and business users, including validation of services, data maintenance, reconciliations, corrections, allocations, and data entry.

Review and process system entries, including overrides, extra labor charges, and non-billable services.

Support onboarding and training of new and existing users within the CDMS application.

Perform other tasks as directed by your supervisor and the Purchase to Pay Team Lead, supporting the business’s overall procurement responsibilities.

About you Skills &

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

Experience:

Experience with timekeeping or purchase-to-pay processes, especially with Track Software (Track Admin, Track Software, Management Console, Virtual Gate, Track Anywhere).

Experience with SAP is an asset.

Detail-oriented, well-organized, with strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills to facilitate cross-site and regional collaboration.
