The Contracts Administrator will work under the direction of the Director of Pricing and Contracts to independently perform a range of duties within the Contracts department. The candidate will work with Program Managers to ensure compliance with contractual requirements including Contracts Data Reports (CDRs), Invoices, Government Property Reports, and other deliverables. The position will review and assist in negotiating Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), Contracts and Subcontracts for the company.
Primary
Duties:
Ensure CDRLs/financials are completed, accurate, and submitted.
Assist in Company financial budgeting and revenue analysis
Participate in all Government Monthly Status Reports/Program Reviews.
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with internal/external customers throughout the business cycle.
Actively engage with Division and Program Managers to meet customer deliverables, attend customer meetings, and respond to customer inquiries.
Ensures that compliance issues and concerns are appropriately evaluated, investigated, resolved, and reported accordingly.
Utilizes risk management methodologies to assess and minimize risk to the company
Assist Contracts Department on Contractual matters.
Assist employees with Deltek Costpoint, time collection and expense reporting

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or related discipline
At least three (3) or more years of related experience
Allowable Substitution:
Associate degree and four (4) years additional experience; or six (6) years additional experience.
Experience in contracts from pre-RFP to closeout, including CDRL/financial preparation, contract modifications andfinancial analysisis required.
Five (5) – seven (7) years of related DoD Contracts experience is required.
Direct experience with administering and pricing complex contracts.
Experience with Federal Government contract administration experience involving all contract types (Fixed Price, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, T&M, IDIQ Task/Delivery Order) from contract award to closeout
