Experience working with contacts and admin tasks. Manufacturing or similar contract industry experience needed.
First point of contact position. Contract oversight for revisions, updates, addendums, etc. Will review, monitor supply chains and vendors, process orders and track highly detailed account records. Update databases and assist customers and internal/external staff.
Filing, scanning, and other office tasks. Keen eye for detail, well-organized, and analytical.
Fast and accurate typing
High level of Excel (charts/graphs/formulas, etc.)
MS Office proficiency
Strong mathematical skills
Stable work history
3+ years experience with focus in the administrative contracts side
High school diploma/GED necessary, college degree preferred
$22-$24/hr DOE. 7:30a-4:30p M-F.
Background check and drug screen upon acceptance of position. Temporary-to-hire placement.
