Our Federal Contracting Client is looking for Contracts Administrators/Managers who have experience working on Federal Contracts

Far experience is required

Review & summarize contractual documents associated with federal and commercial client agreements. Contractual documents are typically documents associated with contract award, modification of the contract, invoices issued, and resumes associated with individuals associated with the project. The type of information generally needed to be summarized are terms & conditions, qualifications of individuals, and pricing.

Understand how to read contracts and come up with discrepancies between award and brief.

Illustrative Duties and Responsibilities

. Review of commercial agreement documents and check for rates and terms and conditions as directed by the team.

. Enters new federal contract and federal contract modification data into the contract database and the workflow management application

. Monitors progress / status of multiple individual workflow threads / requests

. Presents essential information to account leads and management

. Communicates with other support functions as needed
