Control-M Admin
Application Developer Cloud Integration
Baton Rouge, LA
Travel- As per the demand from project aligning with C2H guidelines
Joining Location- Initial remote but resource should be ready to relocate to IBM Baton Rouge within one month upon asked to relocate.
Responsibilities:
Provide operational support for 7000+ jobs across all applications and environments (including failure reporting).
Develop, test, and implement changes, fixes, and BAU functional enhancements to existing jobs and create new jobs if needed.
Provide testing support of end-to-end BAU activity for monthly / major releases.
Seek opportunities to reduce the number of job failures. Work with the functional team to decommission inactive jobs. Maintain tidiness of the system.
Support regular weekly / monthly maintenance activities and planned outages.
Support during unplanned outages.
Create and run reports in Control-M and ServiceNow for close monitoring of the incidents.
Provide support during the audits.
Maintain up-to-date support documentation of all jobs.
