Job Summary:
The Controller of Examinations will oversee and manage all examination-related processes for Acharya Bangalore B-School, ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of the examination system.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, organize, and conduct all examinations as per the academic calendar
– Develop and implement examination policies and procedures
– Ensure the security and confidentiality of examination materials
– Coordinate with faculty for question paper setting, evaluation, and result processing
– Manage the examination staff and delegate responsibilities effectively
– Oversee the preparation and distribution of hall tickets, seating arrangements, and invigilation duties
– Conduct post-examination activities including evaluation, result tabulation, and publication
– Address examination-related grievances in a timely and fair manner
– Maintain accurate records of all examination activities and results
– Liaise with the university and other external bodies regarding examination matters
– Implement technology solutions to enhance examination processes
– Ensure compliance with university regulations and academic integrity standards
Qualifications:
– Ph.D. degree from a recognized university
– Minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience in higher
education
– Prior experience in examination management preferred
– Strong
