Our client Hightech Solutions is hiring a Coordination Executive in Lahore.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and tasks.
– Maintain and update project schedules, timelines, and status reports.
– Act as a liaison between management and staff to facilitate smooth communication and effective operations.
– Prepare and report on work progress to upper management.
– Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
– Develop and maintain extensive filing systems for project documentation and records.
– Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
– Handle and resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in a similar coordination or administrative role (3-5 years preferred).
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other relevant software/tools.
– Demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
