Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
– Manage front desk activities including answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries
– Assist with human resources tasks such as maintaining employee records and coordinating interviews
– Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings
– Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records
– Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
– Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
– Assist with administrative duties as needed to support the team
Experience:
– Proven work experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role
– Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment
– Strong communication skills to interact with employees, clients, and vendors
– Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
– Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
