Coordinator – Administration Jobs in Waukegan, IL at Signal of Waukegan

We are seeking a full-time property management admin assistant at our Suffolk Office.

Our Expectations of our Team Member:

Process managements and leases
Daily reports to Property Managers and Brokers, as needed
Answer and direct telephone calls in a pleasant, courteous and professional manner.
Prepare and process application packets
Provide consistent follow-up on open and incomplete items
Email and hard copy correspondence to and from applicants, managers, and vendors.
Meet and greet visitors, managers and vendor representatives to office
Administrative support to Property Managers and Brokers, as needed.
Other administrative duties, as needed

Customer focused and personable
Proven email and phone communication skills
Solid organizational and planning skills
Ability to multi-task and manage time well
Attention to detail
No fear of technology and can work in a Microsoft Office environment
Proven work ethic
Team approach to success
