Job Description:
Job Purpose / Summary:
We are looking for a versatile professional who can support daily operational tasks while having basic knowledge of finance, logistics, product registration, and digital advertising. This person will help coordinate internal processes and assist with various tasks in the development of Latin American countries.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of collaborating across different areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance (Basic Level):
– Follow up on payments and invoices
– Coordinate with the accounting and finance team in the Local Region and Vietnam
Logistics / Operations:
– Coordinate shipments and deliveries
– Track orders and communication with suppliers
– Maintain basic inventory control
– Support operational process organization
Advertising / Marketing:
– Coordinate with designers and the marketing team
– Monitor campaign performance metrics
Working time: Monday – Friday, 3 PM – 6 PM + 8 PM – 12 AM (break time: 6 PM – 8 PM)
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
Years of Experience: Open for Fresher, prefer 1–3 years of experience in operations, marketing, administration, or related roles
Language Requirements: Spanish C2
Technical Skills:
Knowledge:
– Basic financial knowledge
– Understanding of logistics or operational processes
– Familiarity with digital advertising
– English and Spanish
