Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Coordinator, Facilities & Admin Services:

– Serve as the primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners

– Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

– Handle administrative tasks such as receiving and transferring phone calls, updating and managing calendars, and processing invoices

– Maintain vendor relationships and manage office supplies and materials

– Handle conference room requests and manage access & ID badges for employees

Required Skills for Coordinator, Facilities & Admin Services:

– An Associate’s Degree and 0-3 years of experience are required

– Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic

– Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees at all levels, including Senior Management

– Strong administrative, organizational, and creative skills

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office

– Ability to work under high pressure and speed

– Great social and interpersonal skills

– Ability to keep information highly confidential

– Flexibility and ability to multi-task

– Ability to analyze and evaluate situations and outcomes
