What you’ll do as an Office Coordinator

Perform routine clerical and organizational tasks supporting the operations of a construction field office.

Assist field operations with completing daily time sheets.

Verify accuracy and perform quality checks on payroll, production, and billing information.

Read, comprehend, and utilize network maps and plans (training provided).

Gather and organize field documentation to produce customer-facing documents and products.

Communicate with the corporate office, customers, and subcontractors to resolve issues with submitted paperwork.

Perform data entry as needed.

Perform other clerical duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What you’ll need

Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

Strong customer service skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Ability to multitask and strong attention to detail.

Self-starter attitude.

Effective communication skills.

Authorization to work in the United States.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
