Job Summary: The Coordinator-PA Clinical Admin position provides assistance for day-to-day operations of the program. Coordinates and manages all clinical site placement activities, including contracts, student placements, preceptor hiring, and payment tracking. Performs other duties as needed.
Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum one year of relevant work experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skills: Able to keyboard 40 wpm. Proficient in spoken English with professional quality; skilled in using computers, printers, and relevant software programs. Capable of positive, effective, and professional communication; able to work calmly and courteously under pressure; collaborative and receptive to direction. Demonstrates critical thinking; effective multi-tasking; organized and able to prioritize workload; problem-solving skills; accurate recall of information;
detail-oriented. Able to distinguish colors as necessary; sufficient hearing for conversation and workplace sounds; adequate vision to read screens and documents.
