  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and follow-up skills with attention to detail.

Desired

  • Division Pharmacy experience- Provide accurate, efficient and timely completion of all retail pharmacy licensing requirements
  • Follow up and resolve outstanding problems/issues
  • Update databases/spreadsheets as required
  • Communicate all licenses and provider number information to divisions and appropriate TLC individuals
  • Update facility spreadsheet with new store information and stores revision
  • Provide administrative support, decision-making and problem-solving assistance toward the total fulfillment of department goals
  • Provide administrative support to team
  • Provide back up to other department administrative support personnel (ASPs)
