Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
– Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing documents
– Assist with order entry and maintain accurate records of inventory
– Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
– Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings
– Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
– Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
– Assist with data entry tasks and maintain databases
– Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
– Assist with office management duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
– Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is preferred
– Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
