The Administrative Assistant is a critical part of the Investment team at Mariner, responsible for delivering extraordinary service and care . The primary responsibility of this position is to support Mariner’s portfolio consulting effort & larger investment team. In this role, you will engage with advisors to schedule calls, assist with follow-ups, help with investment-related content creation, and support the Portfolio Management & Consulting office. Responsibilities
Track advisors & schedule meetings for consultants
Help maintain investment education materials
Assist advisors in finding relevant investment materials
Support Portfolio Management & Consulting and the larger Investment team
Handle assorted tasks for the Sacramento portfolio consulting office
Skills and Knowledge
Strong PC proficiency with MS Office Suite, CRM (Salesforce, Redtail, etc.)
Positive attitude toward exceptional and proactive client service
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain the necessary attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
Highly organized with strong analytical skills
Able to work in a team environment
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a service-oriented role within a professional environment
Wealth management or other financial service experience a plus
Curiosity to learn about investments
