We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Corporate Administrator to join our client’s team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for those with a passion for corporate administration, ensuring smooth operations and compliance across all aspects of company management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in filing and reconciling records with internal systems

Handle the onboarding of new clients, ensuring all required documentation is collected and processed

Review Know Your Customer (KYC) documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Submit annual returns and other statutory filings in a timely manner

Assist with share transfers and maintain accurate shareholding records

Facilitate the opening of bank accounts on behalf of clients, liaising with financial institutions as required

Upload forms and documentation on the Malta Business Registry (MBR) portal

Maintain corporate records and ensure all company documentation is up-to-date

Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth corporate administration processes

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of local experience in corporate administration or a similar role

Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements

Fluency in written and spoken English

Salary: €23,000 – €28,000, depending on experience.
