Position: Corporate Coordinator – Memphis, TN

Join our mission-driven team as a Corporate Coordinator and play a pivotal role in supporting our department’s administrative and operational functions. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our cause while gaining invaluable experience across various corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Administrative Excellence :
Manage daily correspondence, reports, and maintain essential records. Oversee our Document Management System (DMS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Strategic Collaboration :
Work closely with leadership to align team strategies, information, and initiatives. Your input will be crucial in shaping our approach to achieving our goals.

Document Preparation :
Assist in crafting executive business reports, email communications, and materials for partners and prospects. You’ll be the linchpin in maintaining smooth internal and external communication.

Interdepartmental Support :
Aid team members with form completion and research requests, ensuring seamless interdepartmental collaboration.

Campaign Coordination :
Take charge of consolidating deliverables post-campaign, contributing to the team’s success.

Corporate Research :
Regularly update and refine our Top 300 prospect lists to bolster our fundraising efforts.

Social Media Engagement :
Help amplify our leadership’s presence on platforms like Linked In, enhancing our digital footprint.

Event Representation :
Be the face of our team at various functions and off-site events, embodying the values of ALSAC-St. Jude’s.

What We’re Looking For :

Organizational Prodigy :
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing scenarios.

Communication Savant :
Strong writing abilities and proficiency in PowerPoint, coupled with excellent communication skills.

Team Synergy : A collaborative spirit, ready to take initiative and contribute to team projects.

Technical Proficiency :
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Detail-oriented :
Keen attention to detail, with the capacity to handle sensitive information discreetly.

Proactive Multitasker :
Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficiently.

Educational Background : A High School Diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of experience. Executive-level administration experience is a plus.
