Graham, one of North America’s largest general contractors, seeks a Facilities Coordinator to facilitate day-to-day operations. You will conduct site inspections, manage service requests, and provide administrative support, making a meaningful impact across various corporate sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily facility operations and ensure safety compliance
• Conduct inspections and document issues for corrective actions
• Manage tenant and vendor interactions and service requests
• Track schedules, compliance, and reporting for property operations
• Provide financial and administrative support, including budgeting
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in facilities support or coordination
• Post secondary education in Business, Facilities Management, or related
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and building management systems
• Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits
• Strong communication skills with vendors and tenants
