As a Financial Services Admin here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our financial services processes, ensuring financial efficiency and compliance. Your expertise in financial management and process improvement will help streamline operations and enhance productivity.

You will report directly to our Financial Services Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Aguadilla, Puerto Rico location. After working onsite for the initial 3 months, this position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall financial operations by ensuring efficient processes, cost savings, and compliance, ultimately contributing to the company’s growth and success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for invoice processing and reconciliation
Provide customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to financial services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance the user experience

Travel up to 10%, domestic/international may be required.
