Job Description / Responsibility

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the HRM Software, ensuring accurate employee data and records.
  • Handle employee onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, and separation processes through the HRM system.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, shift scheduling, and payroll data using the HRM Software.
  • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS reports for management.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate recruitment documentation and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Support performance appraisal and training records within the HRM system.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities of the corporate office.
  • Liaise with software vendors for system updates, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Perform any other HR & Admin responsibilities assigned by management.

Job Location

Blue Dream Corporate Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. Experience
  • The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Corporate Group of Company.

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House

Additional Requirements

Experience Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Corporate HR & Administration.
  • Hands-on experience with HRM/HRIS/ERP Software is mandatory.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
  • Sound knowledge of HR operations and labor compliance.
  • Practical experience in HRM Software, Payroll, Attendance, and Leave Management.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
