PRIMARY FUNCTION
:
The Human Resources Coordinator role will report directly to the Corporate HR Manager and will play a pivotal role in driving HR excellence by providing highly professional coordination support to significantly contribute to our organization’s overall performance. The role involves handling various enterprise-wide and corporate only HR tasks such as employee records management, HR program coordinator, onboarding, and ensuring completion of HR projects and initiatives that enhance and improve our HR processes that support our business performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
:

• Manage corporate employee records, including personal information, performance, etc., ensuring compliance with data protection regulations

• Perform administrative actions including building out the Company’s Human Resource SharePoint site, managing the Human Resources alignment calendar and partnering with appropriate personnel to create a dashboard identifying company-wide HR initiatives and roll-outs

• Gather required data and generate reports as needed for HR metrics and analysis

• Supportemployee engagementinitiatives and events

• Update policies and procedures as needed to ensure compliance with Company direction, regulatory guidelines and all applicable federal, state and local legal requirements

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires including scheduling meetings with internal subject matter experts e.g. Benefits, A/P, Travel, etc. ensuring employee has required knowledge and tools for their role

• Process invoices and associated mail in a timely manner

• Manage special enterprise-wide projects as assigned

• Identify opportunities for improvement, propose solution, and implement or participate on team to roll-out

• Other related tasks as assigned

EDUCATION and CERTIFICATIONS
:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) preferred

EXPERIENCE COMPENTENCIES & SKILLS
:

• Must have a sense of urgency, and results/service orientation with a high degree offlexibility,adaptability, and responsiveness; ability to handle afast-paced environmentand operate with ambiguity

• High level of confidentiality andprofessionalismwith ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Proficiency in Workday with experience in employee record maintenance

• Must have goodcommunication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in a timely and professional manner; multi-lingual a plus

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects, planning skills, and a highattention to detail.

• Must possess a strongcustomer-centricattitude, high energy level and a strong sense of urgency.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
:

• Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs

• Wear required protective equipment in all areas where mandatory

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
:

• Ability to work non-standard shifts (holidays, weekends and extended shifts) as need per business need

• Ability to remain stationary utilizing computer and other office equipment

• Availability to travel 10-20% in the Southeast
