Role Description The Coworking Executive role is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing and coordinating coworking operations and member experience for Growthify Media’s workspace community. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing member onboarding and support, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between members and internal teams. The Coworking Executive will monitor workspace usage, maintain virtual and physical schedules, and assist with organizing online and in-person events, workshops, and community initiatives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, maintain documentation, and support operational efficiency. This position requires proactive problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and a service-oriented approach to building a positive and productive coworking environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in coworking operations, office administration, or community management, with strong skills in member support and relationship building.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for scheduling, communication, and documentation (e.g., CRM systems, collaboration platforms, office productivity software).
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to handle daily operational tasks in a remote environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, customer-focused demeanor.
- Ability to coordinate events and community activities, including planning, promotion, and basic reporting on participation and feedback.
- Comfort working independently, taking initiative, and collaborating with marketing, creative, and operations teams across locations.
- Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts; prior exposure to agencies or shared workspaces is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
