Your Impact

Within the Creative team, the Creative Coordinator (TEMP) is responsible for providing comprehensive operational and administrative support. primarily focusing on procurement, vendor management and office administration.

This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by managing essential processes, coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders, and supporting key initiatives across different business functions.

Position

Purchase Orders & Finance

  • Manage US PO process (stock & non-stock) and maintain daily PO tracker
  • Partner with Finance/AP to resolve payment issues and invoice discrepancies
  • Handle Medius queries for Creative team invoices

Vendor Management

  • Oversee new vendor setup: documentation, submission, and activation tracking

Office & Admin Support

  • Manage office supplies (Staples ordering, organization)
  • Coordinate domestic/international shipments, including packing and commercial invoices

Content & Digital Execution

  • Lead video content updates across wholesale and DTC (US & CA)
  • Coordinate with partners on video ordering, edits, and new screen setups

Retail & Field Coordination

  • Execute field and VM requests with Retail Planning teams

New Store Openings & VM Ops

  • Manage end-to-end VM operations for new doors (wholesale & DTC)
  • Handle order placement, tester coordination, and logistics (shipments, approvals, delivery tracking)

Logistics & Inventory

  • Manage vendor shipments and VM inventory
  • Own EPO ordering and track forecasts via dashboards
  • Partner with Supply/Commercial Planning on inventory and warehouse clean-ups

Profile

Ideally, you would have 1–3 years in operations, retail, supply chain, or related field (beauty/luxury preferred).
