The Temporary Program Assistant (PA) Office Manager works closely with the Summer Program administrative staff to manage staff and to keep programs running smoothly and efficiently. The Office Manager directly supervises a team of 8-10 Office Assistants and manages tasks as directed by the Summer Program Coordinator. This is an active and visible role requiring high energy and

Employment Dates
Full-time work:
April 29 – August 9, 2024
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m.
– 4:00 p.m.;
Sunday, June 23 and July 14 required
Compensation: $20.00 per hour; 37.5 hours maximum per week; one-hour unpaid break daily
Qualifications
Previous office or clerical experience required. Previous experience working in a
fast-paced
atmosphere is highly preferred.
Experience supervising staff required.

Computer proficiency required; experience with data entry and management required.

Valid US driver’s license required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
General
Responsibilities
Learn and implement CTD and Northwestern Policies and Procedures.
Uphold and promote the CTD Honor Code.
Follow all CTD rules and regulations concerning staff conduct, program procedures, and other responsibilities as set forth in the staff handbook and by administrative staff.
Provide general office support, including clerical duties, phone support, data entry, report generation, and other administrative support tasks.
Work closely and effectively communicates with the CTD administrative staff in order to efficiently and accurately complete all necessary program preparations.
Supervise Office Assistant staff to maintain the smooth running of all program operations.
Work closely with Supply Manager and help to manage all supply distribution during program.
Support and manage recordkeeping for the program, and ensure accurate data are readily available (such as student and staff files, enrollment information, program documents).
Carefully maintain confidentiality of information regarding children, families, and staff, as well as conversations that take place in the CTD offices.
Assist with financial tasks and maintain accurate financial records; keep all receipts and report expenses accordingly.
Assume program-related responsibilities as requested by CTD administrative staff.
