people2people have partnered with a global leader in the electronic and home appliance space who have a constant focus on innovation. They are now seeking an customer administrator to join their team on a contract basis working from their Murarrie offices.

about the role

Reporting to the Network Operations Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to support the Service Network through achieving customer satisfaction. This role will see you responsible for;

After sales service support

Managing and updating service orders for product repair

Updating service order status

Assisting with stock allocations

Ensuring system data is accurate

Order management

Liaising with key stakeholders

Monitoring to ensure providers are complying with company processes and procedures

Creating ad hoc reports and case studies to identify areas of improvement

Time sheet and leave approvals for teams

To be considered for this role you will;

Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build relationships

Computer literate (MS Office Suite – essential)

Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure environment, autonomously

Analytical, results and detail oriented

Quick learner with ability to absorb new information with a meticulous and proactive approach
