CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT – Part Time
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Customer Care Assistant to support internal operations and projects within our Customer Care team. This behind-the-scenes role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, data accuracy, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Support customer care initiatives through administrative and operational tasks
Assist with collections workflows, reporting, and tracking overdue accounts
Compile and analyze customer data to improve internal processes
Maintain organized records and documentation
Track project timelines and ensure timely deliverables
Collaborate with team members to resolve process issues and suggest improvements
Review internal records for quality assurance and compliance
Qualifications:
Strong written communication and documentation skills
Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven decision-making
Excellent organization and time management abilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Minimum 6 months of experience in admin, operations, or customer support (non-customer facing)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools a plus
This is a non-customer-facing role focused on internal support and process optimization.
The pay rate for this position is $19.50/per hour. CA offers a positive, fun work environment and a generous benefits package.
