Job Description
- Data entry for samples registration. Prepares and distributes samples.
- Monitor flow for incoming sample for registration.
- To ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with the ISO 17025, SAMM policy, laboratory’s QA/QC system and SGS GCSC requirement
- Sample registration.
- Monitor sample registration flow from sample receiving to distribution of samples.
- Assist in coordinating daily operations including but not limited to record keeping, maintain good
- administrative records as required.
- Assist in samples follow up during his/her absentees.
- Keeping of necessary records required by his/her superior and maintain good administrative records.
- Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and
- exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM from any field.
- Diploma or Degree from recognized university/college will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently with min. supervision.
