Job Description

  • Data entry for samples registration. Prepares and distributes samples.
  • Monitor flow for incoming sample for registration.
  • To ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with the ISO 17025, SAMM policy, laboratory’s QA/QC system and SGS GCSC requirement
  • Sample registration.
  • Monitor sample registration flow from sample receiving to distribution of samples.
  • Assist in coordinating daily operations including but not limited to record keeping, maintain good
  • administrative records as required.
  • Assist in samples follow up during his/her absentees.
  • Keeping of necessary records required by his/her superior and maintain good administrative records.
  • Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and
  • exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM from any field.
  • Diploma or Degree from recognized university/college will be an advantage.
  • Able to work independently with min. supervision.
