Calloway & Associates, Inc. is looking for another shining star to add to our growing list of stars. We are currently seeking part-time Administrative Support Assistants to aid our client, the Department of Health and Senior Services. This position is located in Jefferson, MO and is part-time two (2) or three (3) days a week.
The Administrative Support Assistant will perform the following duties and responsibilities as follows:
Entering information into a specialized data survellance database (Show MeWorld Care).
Assist with problem solving by researching/looking into issues with reportable data. This may include but not limited to:
problem-solve issues with reportable environmental conditions of child and/or adult blood lead laboratory reports.
phone calls to health care providers for additional data.
requesting medical records from health care providers.
manual entry of data with results obtained.
Assist with routing and dissemination of numerous daily laboratory reports by reviewing, categorizing, and savings to the approopriate folder for staff processing.
