Job Description
365 Pilates Studio is looking for a highly motivated and service-oriented Customer Relations Officer to support the operations of our studio in Bandung. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about wellness and want to grow their career in a purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and maintain strong relationships – Welcome new and existing clients, handle inquiries, and ensure a high standard of service and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow the studio's client base: This includes identifying potential clients, developing marketing materials, and creating sales pitches.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales: This involves reaching out to potential clients and convincing them to sign up for a Pilates class.
- Support day-to-day studio operations – Assist with scheduling, client data management, and general administrative tasks.
- Collaborate on local marketing efforts – Coordinate with the central team to promote studio activities and maintain brand consistency.
- Follow up with leads and assist in class enrollment – Share information about programs and help potential clients sign up.
- Provide routine updates to the head office – Communicate key insights and reports from daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum D3/S1 in any field (communications, marketing, or business-related majors are a plus)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, proactive, and client-focused
- Interest in wellness, fitness, or Pilates
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, simple CRM platforms)
