Candidate profile:

  • Experience in a similar role: Customer Support/ planning / ticketing systems – 1/3 years (ENTRY LEVEL POSITION); 
  • Very good organizational, planning and prioritization skills; 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; 
  • Structured, rigorous and detail-oriented person; 
  • Team player, oriented towards collaboration and information exchange; 
  • Excellent communication skills and customer orientation; 
  • Good knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce – advantage; 
  • Language: English – Advanced Level – C1; 
  • Must have: Bachelor's degree

1. Customer Service Admin (English)

  • Requirements: 1 year of experience in Customer Support/back office/ticketing systems
  • The TCS Admin role focuses on administrative and back-office operations, providing essential operational support to the technical department. 
  • Managing service requests via email and Salesforce. 
  • Creating orders and notifications in SAP. 
  • Processing DMRs (Debit Memo Requests) and updating master data. 
  • Managing documentation for technicians and third-party partners.

2. Customer Service Planner (English)

  • Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Customer Support/ticketing systems
  • Planner role involves the end-to-end coordination of technical service activities.
  • Your mission is to ensure efficient scheduling that directly contributes to an excellent customer experience. 
  • Creating service orders in SAP. 
  • Planning and scheduling field interventions in Salesforce. 
  • Allocating technicians and communicating with local teams and internal partners. 
  • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.

Working program

  • Office Location: Bucharest 
  • Work Model: Hybrid (2 days remote + 3 days in-office) 
  • Schedule: 09:00 AM – 18:00 (break included) 
  • Hybrid Setup: Remote work available from day one (Mondays and Fridays from home)
