Are you looking for a flexible, part-time role in a fun and energetic environment? Infinity Personal Training is seeking a reliable, friendly, and organized Office Assistant to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, being helpful, and making sure the little details don’t get missed. Whether you’re printing event flyers, answering client calls, keeping towels stocked, or making sure forms are ready — your role helps create a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors. The ideal candidate can work a midday shift for a minimum of 4-5 hours a day Mon- Fri.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Support: Assist with printing, organizing, filing, and keeping daily forms and materials stocked and ready for the team.
Inventory Help: Keep track of supplies (like towels, water, office materials), notify the manager when things are low, and help restock as needed.
Customer Interaction: Answer phone calls and greet clients with a positive attitude; assist with basic inquiries or direct them to the right team member.
Event & Marketing Support: Help prepare flyers, signage, and light setup or takedown for events or workshops.
Light Cleaning & Setup: Make sure common areas are tidy and towels or other client needs are refreshed throughout the day.
Organization: Keep the front desk area neat and support small projects that help improve workflow in the office.
Administrative Support: Assist managers with ad hoc requests
Ideal Candidate:
Friendly, approachable, and enjoys helping people
Organized and good with checklists and simple systems
Comfortable using a computer, printer, and basic office tools
Takes initiative and likes to stay busy
Can lift light supplies (like water packs or towel baskets) if needed
Reliable and punctual with a great attitude
Requirements:
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Prior experience in an office, customer service, or support role is a plus
Must be comfortable working in-person during midday/afternoon shifts
Ability to work independently and manage time well
Must be local to or able to reliably commute to Allen, TX
