Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President and their direct reports. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through effective calendar management, event planning, and responsive support on a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and maintain complex calendars for the VP and team, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Plan, organize, and execute internal and external events.
Respond to and manage ad-hoc administrative requests and projects as needed.
Support in preparing presentations, reports, and other business documents using Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
Ability to type 60+ words per minute and perform 10-key data entry accurately.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required.

Preferred Skills and Attributes:

Basic understanding of accounts payable processes or systems.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Experience in planning and coordinating events or meetings.
High level of energy, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
