We are hiring for a reputable companyoperating in the aviation industry. We are currently seeking atalented and experienced Customer Service / Admin Executive to joinour team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in theairlines aviation shipping or logisticsindustry.

Responsibilities:

Handlecustomer inquiries and provide timely and accurate assistance viaphone email and inperson interactions.

Maintaina high level of

professionalism

and courtesy while addressingcustomer concerns and resolving issueseffectively.

Coordinate with internaldepartments to ensure prompt resolution of customer queries andcomplaints.

Process customer orders bookingsand reservations accurately andefficiently.

Assist in managing customeraccounts including updating information processing payments andissuing invoices.

Prepare and maintainadministrative documents reports and records asrequired.

Assist in organizing and coordinatingmeetings appointments and travel arrangements for management andstaff.

Perform general administrative tasksincluding filing data entry and officeorganization.

Provide support to the managementteam as needed including conducting research and preparingpresentations.

Uphold company policies andprocedures related to customer service administration and dataconfidentiality.

Requirements:

Filipinonationality is preferred for thisposition.

Minimum of 2 years of experience incustomer service and administrative roles preferably in theairlines aviation shipping or logisticsindustry.

Excellent

communication skills

in English both written and verbal. Knowledge of additional languagesis a plus.

Strong customer service orientationwith the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issuesprofessionally and efficiently.

Proficiency incomputer applications including Microsoft Office suite and customerrelationship management (CRM) software.

Abilityto multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment whilemaintaining

attention to detail

.

Positiveattitude proactive approach and willingness to learn and adapt tonew challenges.

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work underpressure.

Bachelors degree or equivalentqualification in Business Administration Hospitality or a relatedfield is preferred.
