Customer Service Admin Job in Leamington, ON at Highline Mushrooms –

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers to confirm daily orders
  • Address customer concerns and issues
  • Input orders received from fax, email, phone calls & various trade web sites into computer system
  • Print, update and verify invoices based on customer orders
  • Assemble paperwork packages for drivers
  • Notify Packaging Department of new orders and changes to customer orders
  • Complete customs paperwork for on US customers
  • Update data sheets with customer orders
  • Liaise with Packaging and QA Teams for order scheduling
  • Monitor driver’s trip sheets
  • Update logbook spreadsheets
  • Other project and miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be eligible to work in Canada
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
